Frank is an experienced transaction and operational manager
with executive level experience. Having
worked in the private equity world for a majority of his professional career,
his background includes buying, selling, and operating small to medium sized
business in several different industries including information technology,
consumer products, manufacturing, gaming, entertainment, real estate, and
restaurants.
Frank has also done considerable consulting work for
distressed companies both public and private.
Frank was appointed as a chief restructuring officer for three publicly
held companies and has experience in managing turnaround efforts, corporate
bankruptcy cases, developing plans of reorganization, orderly liquidations, divestitures
and or dissolution of assets.
Having been on all sides of the transaction, Frank
understands the intricate needs of all parties involved, including the buyer,
seller, lender, and investors. Frank’s
transactional experience and integrity allows him to help all parties
successfully navigate through the entire transaction.
Frank earned BS degrees in both Marketing and Production
& Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh, and holds a Wisconsin real
estate license.
