Leonard (Len) Washko has been a senior level finance and strategy consultant, and a business appraisal specialist at RSM McGladrey for ten years prior to three years as the top operations officer for a $3 million healthcare entity.  Focused on the world of small and mid-sized business throughout his 25 year career in the Twin Cities, he has assisted hundreds of business owners with determining the value of their company for the purpose of sale or business combination. 

Len is driven to help clients succeed in their goals with realistic strategies and action based on his practical experience in management and finance.  He has helped business owners reach their goals in a broad array of industries: manufacturing, distribution, publishing, banking, agribusiness, transportation, healthcare, and sports & entertainment. Len is a graduate of Dartmouth College, and earned an MBA degree with Finance Honors at Long Island University.
