Mark Huntzinger brings 25 years of P&L management, sales,
marketing, product management, engineering, and merger/acquisition
experience to the Sunbelt Team. Mark has successfully
grown revenue and profitability in dynamic markets at both Fortune 500
companies and start-ups. He was also responsible for a number of
corporate acquisitions as well as the subsequent integration activities. Mark most recently engineered turnarounds at Westell's $65M Network
Service Access Division and Charles Industries $20M Access &
Transmission Business Unit. Prior to that, he was Vice President of
Marketing and Business Development for Verascape, an Oakbrook based
technology start-up. Previous experience includes senior engineering,
marketing, product management and business development positions at
several companies including 3Com/US Robotics, as well as a Silicon
Valley based start-up that he founded in 1991. Having founded, bought, integrated, and sold companies, Mark brings a
wealth of experience to assist others in doing the same. He graduated
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. and M.S. in
Electrical Engineering in 1982 and received an MBA from Harvard
Business School in 1987.
