Profile: Jim Borthwick

Jim has been assisting owners realize their business transition goals since 1994. As one who has held corporate positions in marketing and finance, and as a former business owner and a principal of a middle market Merger and Acquisitions firm, Jim brings experience and a deep understanding of the financial and emotional complexities involved with the sale of private and closely held businesses.

Jim holds a BSB degree from the University of Minnesota, and is a long standing member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
