Todd brings over 20 years of business ownership experience to Chicagoland Sunbelt having started, built and sold several of his own businesses. His experience spans several industries and disciplines. He has been involved with commercial construction, auto leasing, wholesale distribution, specialty retail and outdoor sporting goods.
Todd spent 15 years in a family industrial general contracting company where he worked all positions and eventual became Vice President in charge of all day-today operations. He managed the rapid growth of this company from $4 million to over $50 million in annual revenues, prior to overseeing the sale of the business in 1999. After selling the construction company and overseeing an orderly transition, Todd purchased a sporting goods and recreational vehicle business. Once again, he built the business over a period of several years and sold the company through a private offering.
Todd’s experience in running, growing and selling his own businesses has prepared him well to help other people achieve the same success. He knows firsthand how to help owners position, value and market their businesses for maximum return. In his capacity with Chicagoland Sunbelt, Todd will focus primarily on the construction sector, with additional emphasis on the recreational, wholesale and retail segments.
