Samuel Baird graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, venture finance, and technology commercialization. In addition, to his Juris Doctorate, he obtained his Master in Intellectual Property Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology. While attending school, Samuel successful built a six-figure consulting business and understands the unique challenges any business owner may face.
