Samuel Baird has a background in technology commercialization, innovation strategy, and intangible asset management. He received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Masters in Intellectual Property Management and Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology. In addition, he is a licensed attorney in the state of Nevada.
Mr. Baird has spent almost a decade helping startups and mid-size business structure their intangible assets for seed and series funding, along with mergers and acquisitions. Utilizing this experience, he is able to find hidden value in any transaction, no matter the size of the company. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife and daughter.
