Sunbelt Business Advisors Named Among the “Best Places to Work”

MINNEAPOLIS – June 16, 2021 – Sunbelt Business Advisors President Chris Jones announced that Sunbelt has been honored as among the “Best Places to Work,” according to annual rankings published by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) today.

MSPBJ wrote, “In 2021, we are honoring 20 companies in the extra small category (10 to 24 Minnesota employees), 20 in the small category (25 to 49 Minnesota employees), 20 in the medium category (50 to 249 Minnesota employees), and 10 in the large category (250-plus Minnesota employees).”

To determine the honorees, the MSPBJ sought nominations from companies in the Twin Cities region. Research partner Quantum Workplace then distributed surveys to all Minnesota-based employees of those nominated companies, asking participants to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication, and more. Quantum tabulated the scores from those confidential surveys to identify the 70 honorees.

“We have a mantra,” said Jones. “Help people first, and success will follow. We get to help people with one of the biggest personal and financial decisions they will ever make – selling or buying a business. Our amazing team, and the opportunity to help so many people, help make this a great place to work.”

“We believe in taking great care of our employees who, in turn, take great care of our clients,” said Jones. “It creates an endless cycle in which every stakeholder benefits.”
