Steve has 30+ years of experience working with all levels of businesses. From years with Fortune 500 Companies, tackling some of the most complex business challenges, to working with small business owners, managing growth and acquisitions.

He began his career as a Personal & Business Banker, working with small businesses in the community. He has spent much of his career as a Management Consultant, working with many different types of businesses.

He has experience in Management & Technology Consulting, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Printing & Apparel, HVAC, and Manufacturing.

Steve has owned small businesses and has personal experience in buying and selling businesses. He has a real understanding of what it takes to make decisions that allow a business to grow and expand, as well as, determining if it may be time to go in a different direction.

Personal Interests

After years of coaching and volunteering, Steve spends most of his free time on the golf course or the lake. However, when it’s Fall, he is in the field with the bird dogs or in a tree stand with his bow.

Steve is a proud native of Northeast Minneapolis and a Saint John’s University graduate.
