MINNEAPOLIS, MN – June 31, 2025 – True North Mergers & Acquisitions and Sunbelt Business Advisors announced they have successfully advised Fargo Engineering Inc., an engineering solutions and technology services firm out of Fargo, North Dakota, on its sale to Legacy Ventures Group, a Minneapolis-based private equity investment group.
Headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, Fargo Engineering is a solutions and services firm providing automated test systems and services to manufacturers designing, producing, shipping, and supporting complex industrial goods comprising sophisticated electronics and electro-mechanical devices. The privately held company was founded in 2011 and today serves several markets and global OEM manufacturers.
