–Charts Path for Growth, Expanding Space, Hiring Additional Talent
MINNEAPOLIS – February 20, 2020 – Sunbelt Business Advisors President Chris Jones today announced several promotions and new hires.

As a result, we have hired new staff, promoted veteran staff members, and expanded our office space.
Promotions and new hires:
- Len Washko, promoted to senior M&A associate. Washko has been elevated from the position of senior analyst at Sunbelt. He is a resident of Minnetonka and holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Long Island University.
- Kirill Graminschi, promoted from M&A analyst to M&A associate. Graminschi resides in St. Paul and is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- Tom Stadler, hired as director of finance. Stadler originally joined Sunbelt as a business broker and has also owned and managed multiple glazing contractors and glass fabricators and distributors. An Eden Prairie resident, Stadler holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Sunbelt has also added eight new Business Brokers in the last 18 months. With this the company has expanded its Minneapolis office and added to its transaction support team:
- Trish Meredith, promoted from senior office administrator to administrative manager.
- Katie Piljic, promoted to senior office administrator.
- Callyn Seiler, hired as office administrator.
