Matisse has been with the Sunbelt team since the summer of 2021. Initially supporting both Main Street and M&A sides of the office as administrative support, she made the shift to corporate trainer and profile specialist in winter of 2022. Her duties include conducting market research and collaborating with agents and clients to compile confidential business profiles that showcase Sunbelt’s various listings. She also oversees and coordinates company training efforts.
Prior to coming to Sunbelt, Matisse worked as a classical educator at the high school level. Her experience in the classroom gives her a strong background in oral and written communication, research, as well as training and teaching. She holds degrees in education and history from Bethel University.
