A major challenge is we deal in a highly fragmented and somewhat opaque market as it relates to price discovery. One of the most important components in a main street and lower middle-market business transaction is robust price discovery. At Sunbelt, in 2020, we have attracted over 1,500 qualified buyers and we average 3.5 offers per listing. We currently have an estimated 150 businesses listed, including 14 in the lower middle-market M&A space. We anticipate completing approximately 100 transactions in 2020. We continue to stoke the virtuous cycle where listings generate qualified buyers.
